4. The filling layer is a structural layer used to protect the plastic pipe and make the ground temperature uniform. It is generally bean stone concrete, the particle size of the stone should not be greater than 10mm, the volume ratio of cement mortar should not be less than 1:3, and the concrete strength grade should not be less than C15. The thickness of the filling layer should meet the design requirements, and the flatness should not be greater than 3mm;
5. The floor heating system needs to lay expansion joints at the vertical junctions of walls, columns, doors, etc. with the ground. The width of the expansion joints should not be less than 10mm. When the ground area exceeds 30 square meters or the side length exceeds 6m, expansion joints and expansion joints should be installed. 4. The commissioning of the low-temperature hot water ground radiant heating system should be carried out by the construction unit with the cooperation of the construction unit.
5. When heating for the first time, the temperature of the hot water should be gentle, and the temperature of the water supply should be controlled at about 10°C higher than the ambient temperature at that time, and should not be higher than 32°C. At this water temperature, it should run continuously for 48 hours; after that, the water temperature will increase by 3°C every 24 hours until it reaches the design water supply temperature. At this temperature, each component and the heating pipe connected to the water collector should be adjusted one by one until it runs normally.
6. The heating effect of the low-temperature hot water ground radiant heating system should be based on the temperature indicated by the black ball thermometer at the center of the room 1.5m above the ground as the basis for evaluation and assessment.
