Construction attention
1. The construction of the concrete filling layer shall be completed within 48 hours after the installation of the floor heating heating pipe and the qualified hydraulic test;
2. The construction of the concrete filling layer should be undertaken by a qualified civil construction party, and our unit will cooperate closely;
3. During the construction of the concrete filling layer, the water pressure in the heating pipe should not be lower than 0.6MPa, and during the curing process of the filling layer, the system water pressure should not be lower than 0.4MPa;
4. The filling layer is a structural layer used to protect the plastic pipe and make the ground temperature uniform. It is generally bean stone concrete, the particle size of the stone should not be greater than 10mm, the volume ratio of cement mortar should not be less than 1:3, and the concrete strength grade should not be less than C15. The thickness of the filling layer should meet the design requirements, and the flatness should not be greater than 3mm;
5. The floor heating system needs to lay expansion joints at the vertical junctions of walls, columns, doors, etc. with the ground. The width of the expansion joints should not be less than 10mm. When the ground area exceeds 30 square meters or the side length exceeds 6m, expansion joints and expansion joints should be installed. The width should not be less than 8mm; the above expansion joints have been laid before the construction of the concrete filling layer, and attention should be paid to protect the expansion joints from being damaged during the construction of the concrete filling layer;
6. During the construction of the concrete filling layer, it is strictly forbidden to use mechanical vibrating equipment; construction personnel should wear soft-soled shoes and use flat-headed shovels.
Debug Note
1. The low-temperature hot water ground radiant heating system is strictly prohibited to operate without debugging.
2. The commissioning and operation of the low-temperature hot water ground radiant heating system should be carried out under the conditions of normal heating and power supply.
3. The initial heating (operation and debugging) must be carried out after the curing cycle of the concrete filling layer is completed and the filling layer is completely dry naturally.
4. The commissioning of the low-temperature hot water ground radiant heating system should be carried out by the construction unit with the cooperation of the construction unit.
5. When heating for the first time, the temperature of the hot water should be gentle, and the temperature of the water supply should be controlled at about 10°C higher than the ambient temperature at that time, and should not be higher than 32°C. At this water temperature, it should run continuously for 48 hours; after that, the water temperature will increase by 3°C every 24 hours until it reaches the design water supply temperature. At this temperature, each component and the heating pipe connected to the water collector should be adjusted one by one until it runs normally.
6. The heating effect of the low-temperature hot water ground radiant heating system should be based on the temperature indicated by the black ball thermometer at the center of the room 1.5m above the ground as the basis for evaluation and assessment.
