Q: How do I know if it's turning my eggs?
A: You can see the tray easily viewed from the side of the incubator. The tray in which you're eggs sit in slowly glides back and forth, turning the eggs as it moves.
A: You can also test by marking the egg wif a pencil and periodically checking to see if the marked side has moved.
Q: Is this a still or forced air incubator?
A: It’s a forced-air incubator. Our incubator has a little fan in it that circulates the air.
Q: How do I adjust the temperature?
A: The incubator temperature is set at 38°C(100°F) before shipment. You can adjust the temperature according to the egg category and local climate.
Q: Is it possible to turn off the automatic turner?
A: You can turn off the automatic turner by uninstalling the rotating shaft. But keep in mind eggs has to be turned until they are very close to hatching.
Q: How do you use the red poultry drinking cups?
A: They're not for the incubator. You can install these poultry water cups on a 5-gallon bucket and the chickens will use it to drink water.

Incubation Tips :
1. Test your incubator to make sure it works properly.
2. Connect the egg turner to the controlling plug in the incubation chamber.
3. Fill up one or two water channels according to your local humidity level.
4. Set the eggs with the pointy side down
5. Close the cover and start the incubator.
6. Long press SET button and plug in at the same time when machine without power can restore factory settings
7. Fill the water channel when there is a need.(Normally every 4 days)
8. Remove the egg tray with the turning mechanism after 18 days. Put those eggs on the bottom grid and chicks will come out of their shells.
9. It’s important that fill up one or several of the water channels to increase humidity and get ready for hatching.
10. Do not open the lid for a long time when hatching, or it will slow hatching speed.
