Firstly, the pan was totally fake. It was not a quality nonstick and it did not look anything like the one in the communication. I wanted the four slots to have four circles and they supplied the ones with two hearts and two circles. I could have selected it myself. Secondly I went ahead to see if I can manage it and it was a total mess using this because the hinges were so fragile it fell off. Finally, I'll say it should have been way cheaper. This is a total rip-off. I just wasted all that money because it's not worth using again. I will eventually csll Konga again to complain.
