I bought this item hoping to detox with it. I however haven't been able to use it effectively as the array doesn't seem to be doing what it is meant to do. The massage belt works with a tingling action and the belt heats up to produce heat. My main aim is the ion cleanse which hasn't worked though I have used sea salt. I will keep trying and update my review if anything changes. In my opinion, I think there are too many features. A simple ion cleanse would have been better for me.
