Pravda is made in Poland near the Carpathian mountains... a place that they believe is the heart of historical vodka production. It is made from a base of traditional Polish rye, which they regard as giving the vodka a sweeter, more mellow taste.
They blend down the spirit with Carpathian spring water, whose mineral content gives added flavor. Finally, they let the vodka rest for 6 months and then give it an "organolyptic appraisal," which involves 9 tasters testing and certifying the quality. While made in Poland, the label is owned and imported by Charles Jacquin et Cie of Pennsylvania.
