This wireless service call system helps restaurant and bar owners improve the services offered to customers, by providing quick response to customer's needs. It also helps waiters to manage their tasks more efficiently, so that they can attend to the customers in a timely manner and avoid any time delays in service.
The system comprises (1)The customers call Buttons with keys(Call, Order, Pay, Cancel)(2)The waiters Wristwatch pagers and (3) The digital LCD monitor.
The customers call Buttons are placed on every table in the bar or restaurant with the table number. When customers press any of the keys of the buttons, it beeps, vibrates and flashers at the waiters wrist paper notifying the waiter the services need by the customer, and at the same time also announces on the digital monitor the service required by the customer. This notification enables the waiter to respond quickly and accurately to the customer at the table.
