Common reasons for snoring:
Supine position (lying face up)
Large tonsils, long soft palate or uvula
Slack tongue while sleeping
overweight
Cold nasal congestion, allergies or intranasal cartilage deformation
menopause
Drink alcohol, drugs or tobacco products within six hours of sleeping
Hypothyroidism.
Care instructions:
Thoroughly clean the nose cone and dry it with warm water after use
Store the nose cone in a protective case to ensure its safety, shape and hygiene until the next use
