To produce the African Black Soap with Turmeric, we have combined the acne-fighting benefits of traditional African Black Soap with the antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial benefits of turmeric powder, rosehip oil and evening primrose oil to create an all-natural body wash that works miracles on oily skin. It breaks down dead skin cells, regulates sebum production therefore managing acne.

Why It Works
Curcumin, a chemical compound found in turmeric possesses antioxidant antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties excellent for oily skin. Often touted as “the emollient of the royals”, evening Primrose oil contains fatty acids (linoleic acid) that helps reduce the thickness of natural sebum, which keeps pores clear and unclogged and reduces breakouts while retaining skin moisture (gamma-linolenic acid). Rosehip oil contains fatty acids (Linoleic Acid, Linolenic Acid, Oleic Acid, Palmitic Acid, and Stearic Acid) that hydrates skin and reduce inflammation.

How to use
Face: wet face, lather soap on your palm and apply suds on the face, massaging in a circular motion upward.
Body: wet body, apply soap on sponge (optional) or directly on the body, scrub and rinse off properly.
