RCC stands for Reinforced Cement Concrete. In RCC, the concrete which is made up of cement, coarse gravel and water is reinforced with the help of steel or iron bars.
The main structural components of RCC structure are beam, column, shear wall and footing(foundation). Other components of building can be many like wall, window, door etc.
The advanced topics of RCC include flexural behaviour of reinforced concrete, the behaviour and design of slender columns, two-way slab systems, strut and tie modelling for the design of structural components, frame joints, torsion, and walls.
This books discusses more on advanced RCC Design.
