Diacetyl Boldine (DAB):
Naturally derived from the Chilean Tree bark, DAB is both an anti-aging and skin-lightening agent as it essentially blocks stress enzymes that trigger pigmentation and stabilises the content of Tyrosinase. With results visible to the naked eye, it has been clinically proven to be safe and 30 times more effective than Kojic Acid (a well known skin lightener) in the inhibition of the production of melanin & ndash; the agent responsible for skin colouration.
