This book is certain to thrill every Igbo citizen who reads it and interest all others. It is certain to open the eyes of many, both Nigerians and some West Africans, to the fact that they are Igbo related. To some others it might come as a surprise that the Igbo ruled over two empires. The first, the Ado-na-Idu empire, fell following a bitter quarrel inspired by new immigrants who had a secret plan to take over the empire. The quarrel led to mass migrations which played into the hands of the new immigrants. The second, the Nri Patriarchal Empire, was founded by immigrants from Ado-na-Idu. This empire was terminated by the onset of the colonialism.
