Sandtex Finebuild is a ready mixed easy to apply textured wall finish for interior and exterior use which
neither flakes nor peel when correctly applied to a suitable backing. Its composition principally consists of synthetic resin base, selected aggregates, selected pigments, and biocides to provide excellent resistance against algae growth and fungi.
TYPICAL USES
Suitable surface for Sandtex Finebuild are cement rendering Concrete, concrete bricks and blocks including light asbestos cement weight.

APPLICATION
Stir well before use. Apply by brush or medium roller. Always intermix packs for color consistency. Please check for color accuracy prior to application.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Ensure all Surfaces are free of dirt, loose particles, grease and other surface contaminants. All surfaces must be sound, clean, suitably dry and free from anything that will interfere with the adhesion of the materials to be applied. Powdery surfaces should be primed with one coat of Sandtex Stabilising Solution. Polished or dense surfaces should be primed coat for other emulsion and screeded wall that has been stabilized by Sandtex stabilizing solution. For interior areas that are likely to suffer mould growth use, Sandtex sterilizing solution before application.
HEALTH & SAFETY PRECAUTION
Avoid inhalation, avoid skin and eye contact by using gloves, goggles, and face masks. Provide adequate ventilation. If product comes in contact with skin, wash thoroughly with plenty water and soap. If the eyes are contaminated flush with water up to 15minutes and seek medical attention.
