Cable and software worked flawlessly. The software even came with different versions from version 12 to 14. Version 14 had an install video that made the process easy and seamless. Just a quick note: the cable's device driver will not install on 64-bit operating systems and you will most likely need a 32-bit Virtual machine. I used Windows 8.1 Pro 32-bit and everything is working like a charm. The whole setup process (from moving the software from the disc to my laptop hard drive, to installing the program and all its prerequisites), took about 2 hours, but that was because of slow download speeds (the Windows 8.1 32-bit OS I downloaded was about 3.5 GB and took about 30 minutes to download) and time lost to multi-tasking. If you are trying to buy this software for personal use (or for you, the buyer, to use), I would assume you already have prior knowledge on how computers work and the whole setup process should, ideally, take you about 30 minutes or 1 hour. I was able to read all trouble codes on my 2004 Lexus LX470 with this software and cable and even monitor data from the ECU in real time. Probably the best 18,600 Naira I've spent yet.
