Sandtex Vinyl Matt Emulsion is a ready-mix matt finish for walls, facades and ceiling without standing hiding power and colour retention properties. It has a good flow and gives a smooth, durable finish. It inhibits mould growths in humid conditions. available in Double Quality and Standard Quality
TYPICAL USES
For Interior use only. The product can be applied on cement plaster, stucco filler, concrete, asbestos cement sheeting and rendered block work.

- Finish Smooth Matt Finish.

- Theoretical Coverage 10- 12m2/L per 1 coat.
- Drying time: Under normal drying conditions touch dry in 1-2 hours and recoatable after 4 hours, 2-4hrs between coat. Allow for adequate ventilation during the drying period.
- Hard drying Time 24 hrs
- Shelf Life 12 months
- Coating System Apply two coats as required. Certain colors may require additional Coats to give complete obliteration
- STORAGE Do not use or store in extremes of temperature and protect from frost.
APPLICATION
Stir well before use. Apply by brush or medium roller. Always intermix packs for colour consistency. Please check for colour accuracy prior to application.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Ensure all Surfaces are free of dirt, loose particles, grease and other surface contaminants. All surfaces must be sound, clean, suitably dry and free from anything that will interfere with the adhesion of the materials to be applied. Powdery surfaces should be primed with one coat of Sandtex Stabilising Solution. Polished or dense surfaces should be primed
HEALTH & SAFETY PRECAUTION
Avoid inhalation, avoid skin and eye contact by using gloves, goggles, and face masks. Provide adequate ventilation. If product comes in contact with skin, wash thoroughly with plenty water and soap. If the eyes are contaminated flush with water up to 15minutes and seek medical attention.
