Sandtex Matt is a ready mixed fine textured exterior and interior decorative finish. Its Composition consists of unique resin base, mica and fine granite-based aggregate to give long lasting life. It is suitable for building structures exposed to industrial atmospheric pollution and costal/salty areas.
TYPICAL USES
Suitable surface for Sandtex Matt is Cement rendering concrete, concrete bricks and blocks including light asbestos cement weight and facing bricks.

APPLICATION
Stir well before use. Apply by brush or medium roller. Always intermix packs for colour consistency. Please check for colour accuracy prior to application.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Ensure all Surfaces are free of dirt, loose particles, grease and other surface contaminants. All surfaces must be sound, clean, suitably dry and free from anything that will interfere with the adhesion of the materials to be applied. Powdery surfaces should be primed with one coat of Sandtex Stabilising Solution. Polished or dense surfaces should be primed
HEALTH & SAFETY PRECAUTION Avoid inhalation, avoid skin and eye contact by using gloves, goggles, and face masks. Provide adequate ventilation. If product comes in contact with skin, wash thoroughly with plenty water and soap. If the eyes are contaminated flush with water up to 15minutes and seek medical attention.
