Why Did I Create This Cookbook?
In my many years of working in a Diabetes clinic, I noticed that there is a huge knowledge gap in the area of healthy and safe nutrition for people living with Diabetes.
So this cookbook was borne out of a desire to assist people in making wise and safe food choices using our locally available food items.
