Firstly, it is not an LG Smart TV remote as specified on the order. So I cant use it to control the smart section. I can't even invoke Smart interface. Secondly, not all keys are working, they are showing not programmed. Thirdly, All the button are difficult to press and very slow in response. The seller should be banned. This is wickedness.
