Kaldi coffees are sampled and selected from specific farms and through the coffee auction system from various African countries. The Kaldi team travels to the slopes of Mt. Kenya, the highlands of Ethiopia, Nigerian Mambilla Plateau, Cameroon, Uganda, Rwanda, DR Congo and all other coffee growing countries in Africa. The coffee is then hand-roasted in small batches using state-of-the-art equipment for maximum quality and freshness!
