Maple sap is boiled down, turning it from a clear thin liquid into to the puregold we know as maple syrup. It is bottled at high temperatures in a custom jug, complete with the grinning Sapsquatch face. Syrup can be used on much more than just pancakes – try using it while cooking and baking too!
Maple syrup is thickened and churned into a creamy spread that comes in a glass jar. There is no dairy in this product. It can be used on ice cream or cinnamon rolls, spread on toast and bagels, or as an accompaniment to pretzel sticks or apple slices.
