Before Printing:
1 Compatible with laser printer, including HP, Brother, FUJI CEROX, Konica, Minolta, OKI
2 Before printing, please set paper type to labels or heavy 100-150g.
3 Mirror printing
4 Print the final design using the best quality your printer.
During transfer:
1、Please soak the printed image in water for 15-25 seconds.
2、When transferring the image: Please use damp cloth or tissue to remove air bubbles and excess water completely. Make sure no bubbles between the image and the mug, otherwise big bubbles would appear after baking, which would achieve poor transfer result, the image would peel off.
Easy to use:
Step 1: Print
Please do the settings below before print: Set Printing Quality to High Quality.
Set Paper Type to Labels or Heavy 90-120g/150-200g.
Reverse your image. Mirror printing is needed.
Step 2: Print
Print your design on the BLANK side of the transfer paper.
NOTES: You can print more small images on one sheet of transfer paper to improve its utilization rate.
Step 3: Cut
After printing, please use scissors to cut out your design.
Step 4: Soak In Water
Soak the image in lukewarm water for 15~25 seconds to separate the backing paper and the transfer film.
NOTES: Don't soak the image too long, or the film would break during transfer.
Step 5: Peel Off the Backing Paper
Pick up the decal paper from water, then quickly apply it to the ideal position of your mug, with the front of the image facing UPWARD to you, gently apply the image to the mug. At this time, you can easily peel off the backing paper.
Step 6: Smooth Out the Image
Use small plastic board to remove all the air bubbles. And smooth out the image gently.
Step 7: Remove Bubbles and Water
After placing the transfer film, use a damp cloth or tissue to remove all the air bubbles and excess water. Make sure there is no bubbles between the image and the mug.
NOTES:
If the bubbles don't remove completely, big bubbles would appear after baking, which would lead to image peeling off.
Step 8: Bake
Set Oven temperature to 140~160℃ (284~320℉) and preheat it for 5 mins.
Put the mug into oven, turn on the upper and lower fire, and bake for 10~15 mins.
After backing done, take out the mug and let it cool to room temperature.
NOTES: Ceramics are NOT dishwasher safe. Please clean it by hands gently.
Step 9: Done
