The battery does not retain any current despite days of charging. The moment one remove the plug from electeicity sucket, it powers off. It will be returned.

Got the product 1day after making the order, so I'd rate themortgage excellent for prompt delivery. Straight out of the box, I observed no defects. Buttons work fine....backlIght works fine....speaker and ear piece also work well. No issues so far.

Nice product, very good battery life. The snag I have with this product is that it doesn't have backlight for the buttons and also the manual is written in Chinese and you cannot save contacts because your writeup comes out in Chinese.

Mine have ear piece problem. The hand set ear piece is bad, so i can only speak from the hand set but unable to hear unless i make used of the speaker phone. But in all i think is okay. The seller was willing to replace back with a new one but for me i thought it wasn't wise to transport back with two thousand naira of a product i bought six thousand naira.
