Usage guide
1-2 Speeds - This is a good starting speed for Mixing dry food.
3 Speeds - Best speed to start mixing l iquid ingredients, salad dressings.
4 speeds: for mixing cakes, cookies and breads.
5 speeds: for scrubbing butter and sugar, whipping uncooked sweets, desserts, etc.
6-7 speeds: whipping eggs, cooking icings, whipping potatoes. Whipping c ream, etc.
