Been using this for a few months now and I'm pleased to say that this cap works as advertised. I use it for my oil pre-poo and deep conditioning treatments. It has two temperature settings which deliver mild to high heat which are warm enough to allow my hair absorb nutrients without burning my ears or scalp. The only negative is that the heat is a bit higher at one end of the cap so I need to move the cap around my head if I'm in a hurry. I got mine in red not pink so if color is important to you I think you should let the supplier know when making your order.
