12-year-old single malt from an undisclosed distillery, released by John Crabbie & Co. as its distillery gets set up.
According to the label, this is a lightly peated Island single malt, so we'll leave you to try and figure out which distillery it came from.
Nose: Intensely malty and fresh with light notes of green grass and a touch of juicy citrus.
Palate: Rich full flavour with a fabulous butter-sweet balance, followed by a touch of sweet honey and notes of grilled orange and green tea.
Finish: Long, smoky with a delicious peppery spice.
