Ideal for baked beans, fruit salads, rice, curries etc. At home and for your outside picnics and barbeques also. Food items like hot tortillas, pizza breads and breakfast muffins should be wrapped with a clean cloth before placing in the hot pot. This prevents them from getting soggy.
These Hot Pot serves to preserve cold food too. It can also be used as a yogurt maker. Pour pre-boiled milk of lukewarm temperature in the hot pot. Add a little yogurt and place the lid cover on top partially open to allow the moisture to escape. After some time place the lid properly in position. Thick yogurt will be formed in about 3-4 hour and it is ready to serve.
Do not keep hot pot over burning stove nor expose it to flames.
