Intelligent motor controlling modules (intelligent motor controlling modules) are phase-shift trigger voltage regulation soft start modules controlled by single microcomputer. It is used for soft start of three-phase AC motor, realizes smooth start of motor, reduces starting power, avoids impact on power grid, and reduces power distribution capacity. Features of the control part of the intelligent motor control module: ① Digital automatic control by single-chip microcomputer. ②It has starting methods such as full voltage start, voltage ramp start, voltage step start, and current limit start. ③The starting voltage is adjustable to ensure the minimum starting torque of the motor to avoid overheating of the motor. ④The starting current can be adjusted according to the load condition, and the best torque can be generated with the smallest current. ⑤ The starting time is adjustable. Within this time range, the motor speed gradually increases to avoid speed impact. ⑥Free parking and soft parking, the soft parking time is adjustable. ⑦ Various startup parameters input by the user can be saved and will not be lost after shutdown or power failure. ⑧ The five-digit digital tube can display the corresponding current and voltage values. ⑨ It can realize overcurrent protection, overheating protection and phase loss protection. The module structure is shown in Figure 1. It can be seen from Figure 1 that the main circuit of the module, the phase-controlled circuit and the single-chip microcomputer are encapsulated in the same casing, and multiple current and voltage sensors are built in at the same time. The module and the control box are connected together with connectors to realize the setting and display of various functions. Figure 1 Structural diagram of the intelligent motor control module The main circuit is 6 glass passivated square thyristor chips, which are pasted on the dbc (ceramic copper clad plate) through integrated welding technology and welded with the thermal conductive copper plate. When the module is in use, the thermal conductive copper plate and the heat sink are in close contact with the thermal conductive silicone grease. This structure makes the module have high insulation performance and heat dissipation performance. Figure 2 is a block diagram of the electrical principle of the module. The phase-shifting control circuit part is the jp-ssy01 digital phase-shifting integrated circuit independently developed by Yinhe Company. The circuit is packaged in sop28, powered by a single 5v power supply, fully digitally processed, and has high phase-shifting accuracy and symmetry. The phase shift angle can be controlled by adding 0~10v level signal to the control terminal. Figure 2 Block diagram of the electrical principle of the module The synchronous transformer outputs the synchronous signal to the phase-shifting circuit, and the other one is sent to the single-chip microcomputer, which is used as the reference for the single-chip microcomputer to collect voltage and current signals. In this way, the calculation error caused by the change of the frequency of the alternating current is overcome, and the calculation accuracy is improved. Sensors include voltage sensors and current sensors. Hall elements are used in both sensors, which have the characteristics of small size, fast response and high linearity. Through the integrated design with the module structure, they can be conveniently placed inside the module. The two sensors transmit the voltage analog quantity and the current analog quantity to the 12-bit high-speed a/d converter, and through the a/d conversion, the corresponding digital quantity is transmitted to the single-chip microcomputer for processing by the single-chip microcomputer. The display and control parts use serial ports to communicate with the single-chip microcomputer, which greatly reduces the connection between this part and the inside of the module. 5 digital tube display, 8 button control, make the display and control intuitive and convenient.
