ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Neelam Sharma is currently working as Senior Lecturer at Pusa Institute of Technology under Directorate of Training and Technical Education, Delhi. She obtained her B.E. and M.E. degrees with distinction from Delhi College of Engineering now (Delhi Technological University) in 1989 and 1991. She has also worked as Scientist at Structural Engineering Research Centre, Ghaziabad and has more than twenty years of teaching and professional experience.
