80 strips pH 1 -14 indicator paperThis pH test paper allows you to accurately test the pH of various substances including food, water/aquariums, soil, and more.Approximate size of pack 70 x 45mmpH 1-14 Colour chart in each pack.
Instructions for Use:
- Remove a litmus strip from the pack.
- Drip liquid onto the strip, press against object / damp sample or dip the strip into liquid for half a second to begin the test.
- Wait 15 seconds for the reaction to occur. Please note these strips will not be able to indicate the acidity or alkalinity of a solution when its density is lower than 0.01%.
- Compare the colour change to the colour chart provided to indicate the level of acidity
Match with the pH scale colour chart as follows:
- 1-3 Indicates a Highly Acidic Substance
- 4-6 Indicates an Acidic Substance
- 7 Indicates Neutral
- 8-11 Indicates an Alkaline Substance
- 12-14 Indicates a Highly Alkaline Substance
