This may cause a fire. If the telephone line cord plug becomes wet, immediately pull it from the telephone wall jack, and do not use it.
CAUTIONInstallation and location≥ Never install telephone wiring during an electrical storm.≥ Never install telephone line jacks in wet locations unless the jack is specifically designed for wet
locations.≥ Never touch uninsulated telephone wires or terminals unless the telephone line has been disconnected at the network interface.≥
Use caution when installing or modifying telephone lines.≥ This product is unable to make calls when the call restriction feature is turned on (only phone numbers stored in the unit as emergency

We recommend using the batteries noted on page 8.≥ Do not mix old and new batteries.
