Product Description
GARLIC HERB: SALT-FREE HERB BLEND; Garlic Herb is one of the best ways to add flavor without adding salt. This blend is great over pasta or homemade garlic bread and it's always been a favorite at the farmers market!
INGREDIENTS: Organic garlic, organic onion, organic lemon peel, organic rosemary, organic basil.
Creamy Garlic Herb Mashed Potatoes
- 5 lb of baking potatoes
- water (enough to cover potatoes)
- 2 tsp FreshJax Garlic Herb Seasoning
- 2 tsp FreshJax Herbes de Provence Sea Salt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Directions
- Wash, peel, and dice potatoes into large cubes.
- Place potatoes in a large pot and fill with water to cover the potatoes. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and put them in a large bowl (or back in the empty pot).
- Add Garlic Herb seasoning, Herbes de Provence sea salt, and almond milk. Mash or blend the potatoes, adding additional almond milk if needed for desired consistency.
Garlic Herb Pasta Sauce
- 1 (15 oz) can of white beans (I used cannelini beans today)
- 1 Tbsp FreshJax Garlic Herb seasoning
- 3 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
- 3/4 cup water
Directions
- Drain and rinse beans.
- Blend all ingredients together in blender until smooth.
