This amazing Bias Tape Maker Set includes everything you need to make various widths of Bias Tapes.
All items are neatly arranged in a storage box, so it becomes handy when needed.
The adjustable Bias Binder Foot included in the set can be used with most domestic low shank snap on machines, such as Singer, Janome, Brother, e.t.c
Also included are 4 sewing clips to hold your project in place as you sew or work on it.
HOW DO I MAKE BIAS TAPES:
Cut across the fabric at 45° angle, then cut strips parallel to this edge in the width you need (width of fabric should double the size of the Bias Tape Maker)
Feed the Bias Strip in step 1 above into the Bias Tape Maker with the wrong side of the fabric up, and use the awl to pull the fabric through.
Hold the tip of the fabric or pin to an ironing board, pull the Tape Maker and use an iron to press into neat folds.
BIAS TAPE MAKER SIZES:
16mm - Green - makes ¼ inch Bias Tape
12mm - Yellow - makes .5 inch Bias Tape
18mm - Red - makes ¾ inch bias tape
25mm - Blue - makes 1 inch bias tape
