Prep eyelid with an eye primer or concealer, pat on shimmer eyeshadow with a flat eye shadow brush . For extra intensity spray brush with Zaron perfect Finishing Spray ( Its avaliable on store). Apply matte Eyeshadow by patting color on eyelids using a fluffy eyeshadow brush.
