PERIODIC MAINTENANCE & INSPECTION
Keep tools properly lubricated to prevent wear & rust. Clean clutch lubricant regularly. Generallya 3/8" air wtool should 3/8" oz of lubricant for it's clutch mechanism.
When tools are not in use, clean and lubricate them, then store in a clean & dry place. Always use safety google or faceshield when operating air tools.
- Never wear loose clothing that might get caught in tools and cause injuries.
- While installing hoses or quick coupler directly into the tools, use a liquid pipe lubricant to prevent damages to the housing.
- The tool features an air regulator (Beside the air inlet) allowing you to vary the amount of torque exerted on the nut or bolt you are working on. Setting "0" is the lowest setting and setting "9" is the highest setting and provides the biggest torque and speed.

LOOSENING
Step 1. Attach the correct size socket to the anvil
Step 2. Set the compressor pressure regulator to 90 psi. Do not set the compressor regulator above 90 psi
Step 3. Connect the tool to the air compressor's hose . If leakage is detected, disconnect the air hose and fix it correctly before use.
Step 4. Place the socket over the nut to loosen.
Step 5. Grip the tool firmly. Press the REVERSE valve in from the area above the trigger so that the REVERSE valve protrudes out the back to the housing. Press the trigger to start the tool.
(Caution: Make sure the nut or bolt can withstand the impact wrench working torque)
TIGHTENING
The working torque of the impact wrench is 500 FT/LBS. Make sure that the nut or bolt you are using the tool to tight can withstand the rated torque.
Step 1. Tighten the nut as far as you can by hand.
Step 2. Place the socket on the nut. Press the REVERSE valve forward so it protrudes out the front of the housing. Press the trigger to start the tool.
